Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years related work experience; ability to lead in a matrix and virtual environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to present complex information to multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support multiple projects, informing stakeholders of progress, risks, and milestones.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for operational performance and trends.
• Support Salesforce and other business systems, including updates, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Assist with implementing and testing a new CRM platform for tickets, chats, and calls.
• Coordinate testing in secure environments, validating functionality and security requirements.
• Manage integrations between various business systems and tools.
• Provide real-time support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for automation tools and bots.
• Document processes and train team members on system and automation best practices.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
