Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for operational performance and trends.
  • Support Salesforce and other business systems, including updates, troubleshooting, and user support.

  • Coordinate testing in secure environments, validating functionality and security requirements.
  • Manage integrations between various business systems and tools.
  • Provide real-time support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for automation tools and bots.
  • Document processes and train team members on system and automation best practices.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.

About the Role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage and support multiple projects, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and key milestones.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide insights into operational performance and trends.
  • Support Salesforce and other business systems, including updates, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Assist with the implementation and testing of a new CRM platform for tickets, chats, and calls.
  • Coordinate testing efforts in secure environments, validating functionality and ensuring security requirements are met.

Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
Work Experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group; ability to lead in a matrix environment and at a distance (virtually)
  • Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness in presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels, with strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • 3 years minimum related work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools.
  • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies
  • Track record of establishing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Experience in a consulting environment.
  • Experience with data, reporting and dashboarding.
  • PMP certification, or equivalent, or completed work towards PMP certification, or equivalent.
  • Some tax or financial background.

Pay Range Information

The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.

Pay Range

$62,800.00 - $94,200.00/Yr.
