Job summary

This role focuses on building scalable automations and integrations that reduce manual tasks and improve accuracy. You will collaborate with IT leadership and business teams to turn manual tasks into automated solutions, develop Power Automate flows, dashboards in Power BI, and accompanying user

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in business systems, IT support, operations, or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and advanced Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint and Teams.
• Replace manual processes with automated workflows and configure approvals and notifications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations.
• Assist in AI-driven tool deployment and data collection/validation.
• Create basic dashboards and reports with Power BI and automate recurring reports.
