Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Camden, NJ is seeking an Automation Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise automation, AI, and agent-based solutions using Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry. You will translate requirements into secure, scalable applications and collaborate across security, governance, and IT teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform and Copilot, plus strong knowledge of AI concepts and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years designing, developing, and supporting solutions using Power Platform & Copilot.
• Experience building enterprise AI solutions with Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, LLMs and AI agents.
• Experience developing apps, workflows, copilots, agents, and integrations using Microsoft 365, Graph, Dataverse, APIs and connectors.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, grounding, agent design, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support enterprise automation, AI, and agent-based solutions using Power Platform, Copilot, Azure Foundry and related technologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Build and maintain applications, workflows, copilots, AI agents, dashboards, and integrations across Microsoft 365 and connected systems.
• Administer and support Power Platform, Copilot, and AI environments with governance and security in mind.
• Provide user enablement, adoption, and training for automation and AI platforms.
• Act as Tier 3 SME for automation and AI platforms, performing advanced troubleshooting and guidance.
