Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and replacements of ADA operators, doors, closers, and hardware.
• Service a variety of doors, equipment, and control devices.
• Utilize carpentry skills for partition framing and door/window installs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance of commercial doors and emergency devices.
• Manage multiple projects and work under time constraints.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in team or independent work.
