Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Automatic Door Technician to install and repair a variety of automatic doors and door hardware in Gainesville, FL. The role requires mechanical and electrical aptitude and experience with access control or auto doors.

You will work with safety as a priority, complete job paperwork, and identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or one requiring mechanical and electrical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Must possess valid driver's license and good driving record.
• AAADM Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of automatic doors and door hardware, including swinging, sliding, bi-folding and revolving doors.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
