DH Pace Company, Inc. in the Houston, TX area is seeking an Automatic Door Technician for Door Control Services. You will work on automatic door systems, including revolving, sliding, folding and swinging doors, with a focus on installation, repair, and service.

The role requires mechanical and electrical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, with safety as a priority. AAADM certification is preferred, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of automatic doors and door hardware (swinging, sliding, bi-folding, revolving).
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and submit job-related paperwork in a timely manner.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

You will be working on a variety of automatic door systems, including revolving, sliding, folding, and swinging doors. What You'll Do

• Install and/or repair a wide range of automatic doors and door hardware, including swinging, sliding, bi-folding and revolving doors
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical and electrical aptitude preferred
