Job summary

Dhpace is seeking an Automatic Door Technician in the Corpus Christi/Victoria area to install and repair a variety of automatic door systems. If you possess mechanical and electrical skills, along with experience in access control or similar auto doors, you may be an ideal candidate.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Automatic Door Technician or in a similar role is preferred.

Automatic Door Technician

Location: Corpus Christi/Victoria area.

As an Automatic Door Technician, you will work on a variety of automatic door systems, including revolving, sliding, folding, and swinging doors. If you have a mechanical and electrical aptitude and experience with access control, hollow metal, or auto doors, you will be an ideal candidate.

Job Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair a wide range of automatic doors and door hardware, including swinging, sliding, bi-folding and revolving doors.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
• Operate in a safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical and electrical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• AAADM Certification Preferred
