Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as an automatic door installer or service technician.
• AAADM certification a plus.
• Proficient in servicing various doors and control devices.
• Carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and installation of doors/windows.
• Experience with commercial doors, door hardware, storefront doors, and door closers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Clean driving record required.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under time constraints.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and replacements of ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, hollow metal, storefront, and automatic folding/swing/sliding doors.
• Service a variety of doors, equipment, and control devices.
• Utilize carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and window installations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on commercial doors and hardware.
• Manage multiple projects and work well under time constraints.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in team or independent work.
• Ensure attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Provide excellent service orientation to customers.
