Job summary

Stanley Access Technologies is seeking a Service Technician for remote work in New York to service and maintain automatic door systems and related electro/mechanical equipment. This role emphasizes hands-on service, accurate time-tracking, and adherence to ANSI 156.10 standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License.
• Frequently going up and down ladders.
• Standing on concrete several hours a day.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule including nights/weekends/on call.

Responsibilities

• Service and perform preventative maintenance on Stanley Automatic Door Operating Equipment and related electro/mechanical equipment.
• Record productive time versus travel time and maintain accurate work records.
• Keep up to date on changes to Stanley equipment and ANSI 156.10 standards.
• Maintain manuals, parts logs, and inventory for service vehicle.
• Ensure good customer relations and service quality.
• Assist and instruct others in install/service methods.
