A leading construction and facility maintenance company in New York seeks an Automatic Door Service Technician. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in automatic door service or installation, with a focus on customer service. Responsibilities include servicing various types of doors and conducting preventative maintenance. AAADM certification is desirable. Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as an automatic door installer or service technician.
• AAADM certification is preferred.
• Experience with commercial doors, automatic doors, door hardware.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and replacements of automatic doors and ADA operators.
• Service various doors, equipment, and control devices.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on commercial doors.
• Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Maintain professionalism in a team setting and independently.
