Role Description The Machine Operator role at Jensen Bridge & Supply Co is a full-time, on-site position located in Wauseon, OH. In this role, the Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to process and fabricate construction materials according to specifications. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, using hand tools and equipment, performing basic adjustments to machines, and following standard operating procedures to maintain productivity and safety. The Machine Operator will inspect finished products for quality, document production data, and communicate with supervisors and team members about equipment status, production issues, and workflow. This role also involves keeping work areas clean, adhering to safety policies, and supporting continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications
