Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking an Automated Warehouse Material Handler in La Vergne, TN. You will fulfill orders by retrieving and stacking products on a conveyor/pallet system, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a noisy, non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities include assisting in case picking, collaborating with teammates, and adapting to different lanes and work areas as needed. A HS diploma or GED is preferred, with 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Comfort reading and interpreting computer screen instructions.
• Willingness to work in a noisy, non-temperature controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in case picking and sorting within automated environment using computers and machines.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficient warehouse processes.
• Adapt to different work areas and meet minimum expectations across tasks.
• Perform daily housekeeping and waste removal per safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support safe, efficient warehouse operations.
