Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking an Automated Warehouse Material Handler in LaVergne to fulfill customer orders by retrieving and stacking product on a pre-determined conveyor or pallet.

The role operates in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy, non-climate controlled environment. You will build stable pallets, follow safety and accuracy standards, and work a second shift with potential weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a noisy, non-temperature controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in case picking and sorting in the automated environment using computers and machines.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate efficient warehouse processes.
• Adapt to different work areas and follow safety procedures in HQS, Semi-Automated Lanes, Pallet Pick, and Flow Rack.
• Maintain cleanliness and manage waste removal per policy.
• Control inventory to minimize shrink and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks to support warehouse operations.
