Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions shown on a computer screen.
• Ability to work in a noisy, non‑climate controlled environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in case picking and sorting within the automated environment using computers, software, and machines.
• Collaborates with team to coordinate efficient warehouse processes.
• Adapts to different work areas and maintains performance across HQS, Semi-Automated Lanes, Pallet Pick, and Flow Rack.
• Performs daily housekeeping and maintains a clean, safe work area.
• Maintains inventory control to minimize shrink and ensure accuracy.
• Performs miscellaneous duties to support warehouse operations.
