Job summary

Oxford Industries seeks a Maintenance Technician I for its Lyons, GA distribution center. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and automated equipment to ensure reliable operation in a 562,000 sq ft, highly automated DC.

3+ years in mechanical/electrical maintenance is required; experience with HVAC, conveyors, and warehouse tech is preferred. The role may include a second shift (4:00pm–2:30am) and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, dock doors, levelers, and air compressors.
• Inspect building systems and document findings accurately.
• Maintain facility appearance and manage maintenance inventory and parts.
• Repair and support renovations and shelving installations.
• Troubleshoot conveyors, forklifts, packing equipment, and warehouse machinery.
• Support automated equipment under supervision of senior technicians.
• Monitor basic PLCs and escalate anomalies to senior staff.
• Keep accurate maintenance records in the CMMS.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA regulations; participate in risk reviews.
• Assist with system upgrades and new equipment commissioning.
• Respond to issues during assigned shift and participate in on-call rotation.
