Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good communication and basic math skills.
• Familiarity and experience with reading prints and measuring parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated vision machines to ensure product conformance.
• Run an integrated system with a bagging machine interfaced with an automated inspection machine.
• Batch parts off the inspection machine and transfer them using a conveyor.
• Load machines, move product to the next operation and verify label information.
• Adjust bowl and in-line feeder settings to maximize productivity.
• Perform routine maintenance and document work orders.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to meet quality, cost and delivery goals.
