Felss Rotaform is seeking an Automated Transfer Line Technician in New Berlin, WI for full-time hours. You will keep advanced transfer lines running, manage materials for shifts, and uphold safety standards in a highly automated environment.

You will monitor line performance, respond to basic faults, and maintain a clean, organized area. Overtime may be required to meet customer demand, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and curiosity.
• Ability to stay organized and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving, physical production setting.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the production plan and prepare materials for the shift.
• Operate automated transfer line equipment, monitor performance.
• Respond to basic faults and minor interruptions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain an orderly work area and smooth material flow to/from the line.
• Adhere to production and safety procedures, including LOTO.
• Pitch in with overtime when customer demand requires it.
