Job summary

PepsiCo in Dayville, CT is hiring to operate automated palletizing equipment and monitor robotic systems to build stable pallets for Lay's, Doritos and Cheetos. The role requires standing for long shifts, lifting 15–50 lbs, and adhering to strict safety procedures on a 3rd shift from 12:50 pm to 8:00 am.

You will program product codes, validate counts, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure smooth conveyor flow.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated/robotic palletizing equipment to build stable, accurate pallets.
• Program product codes, validate case counts, and adjust based on production needs.
• Troubleshoot the stacker and related equipment, following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety protocols.
• Set up palletizing boards in proper areas and ensure accurate flow of finished goods on the conveyor system.
• Use computer terminals to input or request information based on the production schedule and document required checks.
