Insulet Corporation is hiring an Associate Manufacturing Technician to operate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot faults, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and work across multiple technologies in a fast-paced medical device setting.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate in small groups and with supervision. Prior clean room or regulated-manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be proficient in English to read, communicate, and write.
• Ideal candidate has keen eye for quality, is dependable, and works well in a team.
• Experience in a clean room environment preferred.
• Experience debugging and optimizing assembly processes a plus.
• Start-up production experience and manufacturing in regulated environment a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate and repair highly automated manufacturing equipment.
• Perform basic daily/weekly preventive maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
• Use HMIs to monitor process control and correct shifts.
• Ensure adequate raw material feeding and on-time production.
• Generate work orders for corrective or preventive actions as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and identify root causes.
• Support new product design transfer and process validation activities.
• Maintain clean, compliant work environment suitable for medical device manufacturing.
