Job summary

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have the ability to perform routine machine maintenance, and demonstrate skills in safety regulations. A $1,500 new hire bonus is being offered along with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent or one year of related experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Strong math skills for measurement conversions.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• High accuracy in work assignments.
• Experience operating a front-end loader is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift/move up to 70 lbs.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production machinery as needed.
• Adjust machines based on job specifications.
• Ensure material bins are filled for production.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
