Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Heavy Housekeeping: perform continuous, rigorous manual cleanup including heavy sweeping, shoveling mulch/soil, and manual lifting.
• Line Operation: oversee and run a fully automated packaging line efficiently.
• Quality Control & Troubleshooting: perform strict quality checks, run basic troubleshooting, and handle minor programming or electronics adjustments.
• Digital Logging: use a company tablet to accurately track, document, and log daily production data and quality reports.
• Material Handling: safely operate a forklift when needed and assist with moving heavy materials.
