Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical, machining, or process-driven environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate robotized top and bottom grinding, ER, and ELB equipment.
• Develop and modify basic CNC programs to support production requirements.
• Verify process capability using SPC and other control methods.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
