Qualifications

• Set up and operate robotized top and bottom grinding equipment per work instructions.
• Develop and modify basic CNC programs to support production needs.
• Verify process capability with SPC and control methods.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area and support improvements.
• Assist in training fellow team members and champion teamwork.
