The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of CNC experience, familiarity with precision measuring tools, and a commitment to ISO standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of CNC machine experience preferred.
• Experience with CNC grinding equipment and precision measuring instruments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC grinding equipment.
• Enter quality, SPC, and production data into company systems.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with major repairs as needed.
• Meet productivity, machine utilization, and cycle time goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow ISO standards.
