Sandvik Coromant in Westminster, SC is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate CNC grinding equipment used in producing precision cutting tools. You will enter data, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC grinding and manufacturing equipment.
Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs.
Operate centerless grinders, cylindrical grinders, CNC tool grinders, cut-off machines, and precision measuring equipment.
Enter quality, SPC, production and other data into systems.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with major repairs as needed.
Meet productivity, machine utilization and cycle-time goals.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Follow all safety, environmental and quality standards.
