No prior Gerber Paragon experience is required; we will train the right candidate. The role emphasizes attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow procedures while producing high-quality, consistent parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Operate and safely work around a Gerber Paragon HX 2.0.
• Prepare and set up cutting jobs.
• Load and position textile materials.
• Select and verify production jobs and cutting files.
• Operate the automated cutting process.
• Inspect cut parts for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Follow production and quality procedures.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
