Job summary

Honda Development & Manufacturing of America is seeking an Automated Equipment Mechanical Design Engineer at the Anna Engine Plant in Anna, OH. You will design, model, and integrate automated manufacturing equipment, assembly machinery, and custom machine tools for engine production.

Responsibilities include developing 3D CAD concepts, collaborating with manufacturing engineers on requirements, and supporting on-site installation and alignment on the plant floor to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent work experience).
• 0–2 years of mechanical design experience (co-op or internship preferred).
• Proficiency with 3D CAD modeling software and engineering calculations.
• Background in automated equipment development or machine tool design.
• Effective verbal and written technical communication skills.
