Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks an Equipment Maintenance Technician in Hunt Valley, MD to operate and maintain advanced AutoPak equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.

The candidate will work on 1st or 2nd shift, with training on 1st shift hours during an initial period. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and GMP adherence are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED plus certificate and 2 years relevant experience, or high school diploma with 4 years relevant experience.
Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems and diagnostics.
Ability to read schematics/blueprints and use a multimeter.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and adjust highly automated equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
Maintain documentation and support GMP compliance.
Support multiple production lines and equipment changeovers.
Work with external contractors as needed.
Adhere to safety policies and housekeeping rules.
