Job summary

Suterra is seeking a Chemical Systems Technician to safely operate automated chemical manufacturing systems for pheromone products. The role emphasizes attention to detail, procedural discipline, and documenting complex processes in a regulated environment.

The successful candidate will monitor process controls, perform in-process testing, maintain production records, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and safety teams to ensure quality and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate chemical processing equipment using computerized control systems and SOPs.
• Accurately prepare, load, transfer, and process raw materials per batch records.
• Monitor process conditions and equipment to ensure quality and safety.
• Perform in-process testing using specialized instrumentation.
• Record data and deviations with high accuracy and report issues promptly.
