Suterra, a leader in biopesticide production, seeks a Chemical Systems Technician in Bend, OR. You will operate advanced processing equipment via a computerized control system and work within a safety-first, self-directed team environment.

You will follow SOPs to ensure top safety and quality standards, monitor process activity, and document conditions precisely. PPE is required, with opportunities for overtime and schedule stability.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for precise measurement and recording on production documents.
• Ability to work self-directed within a safety-focused team environment.
• Strong focus on safety and adherence to safety procedures and PPE use.
• Understanding of math concepts to measure, meter, and count materials accurately.
• Ability to clearly document and record measurements on detailed production documents.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate process equipment using a computerized control system.
• Work as part of a responsible, self-directed team with a dedicated supervisory leader.
• Follow standard operating procedures to meet high standards for safety and quality.
• Monitor and analyze equipment and process activity to document conditions accurately.
• Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.
