Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a QC Associate to support quality-control operations for the Autograph Operations team. This role reports into our Quality Control department and ensures autographs entering our products are of the highest caliber, inventoried & documented properly, and delivered on-time for production.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quality control for autographs and high-value sets.
• Assesses autographs as good or bad for on-card or sticker formats.
• Operates automated defect detection machine and performs QC checks.
• Analyzes AI-based outputs to compile data and address discrepancies.
• Handles product pack-outs and verifies timely delivery to production.
• Receives, unboxes, and entries data into Autograph Operations databases.
• Organizes inventory of autographs and mentors junior staff.
