Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a QC Associate I to support quality-control operations for our Autograph Operations team. This role ensures autographs meet high quality standards and are properly inventoried and documented for production.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. They will unbox, stage autographs, and maintain organized QC data to support fast, accurate production workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift 10‑15 lbs. at once, preferred.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel), required.
• Prior experience with data management systems, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quality control for sticker and oncard autographs, ensuring only the highest quality autographs pass inspection
• Conducts analysis on autographs to determine a “good” vs. “bad” on-card or sticker autographs
• Supports the receipt process by unboxing and staging sticker and on‑card autographs; supports data entry into Airtable/NCF, as needed
• Effectively capture critical data on QC Sheets in an organized manner, delineating autograph defects from good autographs
• Supports the secure storage and organization of high value autographs in inventory room, to include properly shelving oncard autographs in alphabetical order by products
• Utilizes effective critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to make quick decisions throughout QC process
• Supports the organization and filing of important documents such as Witness Forms and COA’s.

Role Summary

This role reports into our Quality Control department and is responsible for ensuring that autographs that make it into our product are of the highest caliber, inventoried & documented properly, and delivered on‑time for production.
