Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles seeks an Inventory Management Associate to support inventory operations for the Autograph Operations team. This role ensures autograph cards are accurately accounted for and partners are paid promptly, with involvement in final packout of products.

The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS in business-related field and 0–3 years in warehouse/inventory roles, with strong analytical skills and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years' experience in warehouse or production environments, esp. inventory management or QC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decisions.
• Proficient with Oracle ERP or similar ERP systems; experience with Power BI/Tableau/Excel preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and focus on data on screen for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes on-card autographs post-QC and enters data into Cards-in Reporting base.
• Audits programs and packs out live cards, shipping pallets to external vendors.
• Guides check-in of programs with manufacturing team collaboration.
• Processes transactions in Oracle ERP to receive autographs into inventory and transfers cards to programs.
• Manages warehouse space and physical card organization on shelves.
• Performs final QC for Auto Ops across licenses/programs to ensure high-quality autograph cards for collectors.
• Communicates adjustments or program updates to internal/external stakeholders after packouts.
