• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 10–15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quality control for autographs to ensure high-quality items.
• Analyzes autographs to classify good vs bad on-card or sticker autographs.
• Supports receipt by unboxing and staging autographs; data entry into Airtable/NCF as needed.
• Captures data on QC Sheets and differentiates defects from good autographs.
• Organizes storage of high-value autographs and shelves on-card autographs alphabetically by product.
• Uses critical thinking to make quick decisions during QC processes.
• Files Witness Forms and COAs and maintains essential documents.
