Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an Inventory Management Associate to support inventory operations for Autograph Operations. This role ensures autograph items are accurately accounted for and that partner payments are processed timely, while supporting final packout of products.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in business/analytics or related field, 0–3 years in warehouse or inventory roles, and strong Excel/BI skills. Oracle ERP experience is preferred in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, finance or a related field is preferred.
• 0–3 years of warehouse or production experience related to inventory management or quality control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems is strongly preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis of on-card autographs post-quality control before data entry into Cards-in Reporting base
• Complete program audits and packout of live cards for programs, including shipping pallets to external packout vendors
• Guide check-in process of programs in collaboration with the manufacturing team
• Completes transactions in Oracle ERP to receive autographs into inventory and perform subinventory transfers to assign cards to programs
• Manage the warehouse space including physical organization of cards on shelves
• Perform final QC check for Auto Ops across all licenses and programs to ensure high quality autograph cards are sent to collectors
• Communicate needed adjustments or program-level updates to internal and external stakeholders as programs complete packout
