Job summary

PSI (Proteam Solutions) seeks an Autodesk interoperability and standards authority to govern Civil 3D and related platforms across the firm. You will lead the definition of configuration, data exchange, and workflow standards, while guiding PMs and design teams on model development and coordination to ensure consistent project delivery.

You will drive automation, develop training materials, and support enterprise-wide standard adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (ABET) and a focus on transportation projects.
• 7 years of experience delivering transportation projects using Autodesk Civil 3D in production.
• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D corridors, surfaces, alignments, profiles, grading, and plan production workflows.
• Experience with BIM/CIM standards, digital delivery, and project execution planning.
• Experience with model setup, standards review, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Familiarity with DOT modeling standards, Federal Digital Delivery requirements, and ISO 19650.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern Autodesk tools, platforms, and data configuration across the organization.
• Develop firmwide standards for Civil 3D interoperability and data exchange.
• Guide PMs and design teams on model development and coordination.
• Apply repeatable, compliant project designs aligned with firm standards.
• Develop client model standards including templates, styles, and QA/QC deliverables.
• Coordinate changes, versioning, and rollout of design standards across the firm.
