Job summary

Proteam Solutions, Inc. seeks a senior professional to act as the authority on Autodesk interoperability and technical standards.

You will govern how tools and data are configured and scaled, advise PMs and design teams on model development, and lead firmwide standards for Civil 3D, data exchange, and deliverables. You will coordinate with leadership to rollout standards, support training, and assist with emerging technology research to enhance CADD investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 7 years of experience delivering transportation projects using Autodesk Civil 3D in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D corridors, surfaces, alignments, profiles, grading, and plan production workflows.
• Experience with BIM/CIM standards, digital delivery, and project execution planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern how Autodesk tools and data are configured and scaled across the organization.
• Develop firmwide Autodesk Civil 3D standards including interoperability and data exchange.
• Provide guidance to PMs and design teams on model development and coordination.
• Lead standardization efforts for clients and internal deliverables; QA/QC and templates.
