Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking an Autodesk BIM Manager - Civil3D to lead civil BIM production and standards governance across projects. You will drive interoperability and ensure consistent delivery through established workflows and templates.

The role requires coordinating with design teams and project managers, developing Civil 3D standards, and advancing automation to reduce manual tasks while supporting training initiatives across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required (ABET).
• 7+ years of experience delivering transportation projects using Autodesk Civil 3D in production.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern how Autodesk tools, platforms, and data are configured, connected, and scaled across the firm.
• Develop model standards for Civil 3D, templates, drawing styles, tool palettes, and QA/QC requirements.
• Provide guidance to PMs and design teams on model development and coordination; interface with project managers on team capability requirements.
• Lead automation efforts to enforce standards and reduce manual work; create job aids and training materials.
• Coordinate with leadership to roll out client and internal design standards; manage versioning and changes across the firm.
