Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 years or more related experience.
• Higher-level degree may substitute for two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints to determine bonding requirements.
• Perform standard autoclave processes such as preparing and bagging assemblies, operating vessels, and unbagging assemblies.
• Apply manufacturing engineering techniques, practices, and procedures to our environment.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective and efficient processes.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department and company.
