Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking an Autoclave Utility Operator for the Mentor, OH facility. The 1st shift runs 6am to 2pm, reporting to the 650 Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment; autoclave experience is a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours with strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform etch, autoclave, and laboratory operations with focus on quality, productivity, and safety.
• Support SOP and EP compliance for solution controls and conduct audits.
• Adjust tank levels/concentrations and retest solutions.
• Review prior shift records for compliance and verify entries.
• Coordinate with production for tank clean outs and caustic deliveries.
• Monitor wastewater and work with maintenance to resolve issues.
• Maintain etch tank inventories and train new operators.
