Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Contract-to-Hire Drafter-Designer for our Milwaukee operations. You will create layouts, modify 3D models, and prepare drawings for machinery from specifications, while maintaining ECNs and supporting design for manufacturability.

Proficiency in SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM, and MS Office is expected, with AutoCAD as a plus. You will collaborate with engineers and shop personnel, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to lean initiatives and process improvements in a

• Strong math, blueprint reading, and ability to follow technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Compile Bills of Materials and specification sheets.
