Role Description

The Autocad Drafter is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV. This role is responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and related tools, supporting design, fabrication, and installation of branded environments. Day-to-day tasks include translating design concepts and sketches into accurate shop drawings, revising and updating drawings based on feedback, and ensuring all documentation meets project specifications and industry standards. The Autocad Drafter collaborates closely with designers, project managers, and production teams to verify dimensions, materials, and installation requirements. The role also involves maintaining organized drawing files, adhering to deadlines, and contributing to continuous improvement of drafting processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and general Drawing for construction and fabrication purposes.
• Candidates should possess skills in creating and interpreting Shop Drawings for manufacturing and installation.
• Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing Design Control Drawings related to branded environments and structures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, including layer management, dimensioning, and 2D/3D drafting.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a shop and office environment.
• Previous experience in signage, exhibit, construction, or fabrication industries is beneficial.
