Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Holliston, MA is seeking an energetic Body Shop Technician to repair damaged vehicle bodies to factory specifications. You will work with a team to deliver quality repairs, meet productivity standards, and maintain tools while following safety regulations.

Qualifications

Experience repairing vehicles to manufacturer specifications
Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work in a hands-on role
Pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Prepare and repair vehicle per estimate according to manufacturer standards
De-trim, disassemble and repair vehicle with urgency and attention to detail
Maintain/assist with identifying, and/or sourcing parts and material
Work as a team to ensure on-time delivery of vehicles
Meet or exceed productivity requirements for the Collision Center
Maintain tools and equipment in good repair
Follow applicable federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations
