• Sharp eye for detail ensuring tightened bolts, precise welds and quality finishes.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and work on vehicles.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs across a range of collision work.
• Handle full collision repair from cosmetic to structural repairs.
• Perform panel and structural work to return vehicles to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit of parts and finishes.
• Work closely with team to move cars efficiently and maintain a clean work environment.
