Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager or in a leadership role in autobody/auto repair.
• Deep knowledge of autobody repair processes, techniques and technologies.
• Budgeting, financial analysis and KPI management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with commitment to service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Proficient in shop management software (CCC1) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and quality.
• Develop and manage the shop budget; monitor expenses and profitability.
• Recruit, train and develop technicians and staff; coach performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers; address inquiries and issues.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory levels and vendor relationships to ensure timely service.
