Classic Collision is seeking a skilled collision repair technician at our New Braunfels, TX facility. Join a team focused on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles using a range of hand and power tools.

The role emphasizes minimizing repair time, maintaining industry standards, and ensuring vehicles pass safety checks after service. Applicants should have 2–3 years of collision repair experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2-3 years' collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist collision estimators in assessing damage and prepare a 100% repair plan.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures according to work orders for all operations listed.
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components to access damaged areas; store parts securely.
• Mend damaged body panels, weld replacement parts, and ensure gaps and fits meet industry standards.
• Operate hand and power tools including welders, soldering equipment, cutting torches, and spray guns.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Comply with all SOPs, safety rules, and guidelines.
