Job summary

Sweetie Boy Transportation in Hartford, CT is seeking Drive Away Drivers (No CDL required) to pick up and deliver cars between dealerships across the region. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to earn based on the vehicles moved.

You will report to a hub location daily, drive up to 11 hours, use dispatch tech and GPS, and uphold safety while delivering excellent customer service to customers and dealerships.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least 5 years of safe driving.
• Must be 24 years of age or older.
• Ability to drive up to 11 hours per day and work shifts up to 14 hours.
• Physically capable of working in large parking lots and performing vehicle inspections.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Shifts: full-time, 5 days per week.
• Competitive weekly pay: $700-$900+ per week.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver vehicles to designated locations.
• Safely drive long distances up to 8–10+ hours per day.
• Use mobile apps, dispatch technology, and GPS for communication and safety checks.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset and follow driving regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with dispatchers and customers.
