Job summary

Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to evaluate auto total loss claims in Tulsa and surrounding areas. The role involves confirming coverage, obtaining appraisals and data, and expediting settlements while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include investigating complex losses with specialists, setting reserves, and issuing payments. Travel to county offices and occasional storm-team support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Obtainment of adjuster license is required.
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license or obtainment of valid Oklahoma driver's license is required. Satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm coverage for claims and complete auto total loss claim from inception to settlement.
• Investigate major losses with Specialist/Manager as needed.
• Obtain appraisals, repair estimates, and market data; review salvage and total loss documentation.
• Analyze data and prepare claims summaries; determine coverage and extent of loss.
