Job summary

Tire Discounters is the nation’s largest family-owned and operated tire retailer with over 2,300 teammates. In Richmond, VA, our Sales Associates and Sales Managers grow store sales through relationships while delivering a WOW customer experience and upholding our values of transparency and care.

Responsibilities include evaluating customer needs, recommending products, coordinating work orders to completion, and maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Able to stand long, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs, and work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates customer needs and recommends products and services.
• Drives sales growth for store location, including daily customer calls.
• Coordinates each customer's work order through to completion, following company policy.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Takes accountability for the presentation of the property, inside and outside the store.
• Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.
